      • Eligibility: The promotion is open to all worldwide except employees of the Wilderness Group and their immediate families, their agents, or anyone professionally connected with the promotion.
      • Qualifying Bookings: The promotion applies to new bookings made directly with Wilderness Ireland. Bookings made via 3rd party agents do not qualify.
      • Exclusions: The promotion applies to new bookings only and does not apply to postponements, payments for trips currently being held, or travellers who have already booked. The promotion includes scheduled group tours, privately guided tours, self guided holidays, and guided custom travel departures.
      • Standard Conditions: All bookings are subject to standard Wilderness Ireland booking conditions.
      • Promotional Period: The promotional period runs from 00:01 on Thursday, July 16th, 2026, until 23:59 (GMT+1) on Monday, August 3rd, 2026.
      • Incentive: Each traveller who makes a qualifying booking during the promotional period will receive a complimentary Haglöfs Back 28 backpack (RRP €160).
      • Promo Code: To be eligible to receive the incentive, the promo code EARLYBIRD27 must be entered at checkout during the booking process.
      • Incentive Limits & Fulfilment:
        • Each traveller is eligible for one backpack during the promotional period.
        • The promotion is as stated, and no cash or other alternative giveaway is available. In the event of circumstances outside of its control, the promoter reserves the right to provide a similar item of equal or greater value.
        • No returns or exchanges on the item will be provided.
      • Deposit & Shipping Address: To finalise the promotion, the standard 25% deposit payment (or full payment) must be received. Following your booking, we will send you a survey form to capture your shipping address. This form must be completed by August 20th to ensure fulfilment. No changes are allowed to shipping addresses once they have been submitted.
      • Data Sharing: By entering the promotion, entrants understand and agree that aspects of their personal data (name and shipping details) will be shared with third parties (including Haglöfs and postal/courier services) in order to fulfil and ship the order.
      • Delivery & Non-Arrival Cut-Off Date: The promoter accepts no responsibility for any loss, delay, or damage arising from postal/courier services, or for any errors resulting from an incorrect or incomplete postal address provided by the traveller.
      • Crucial Notice: In the event that your backpack does not arrive, you must notify us via email no later than November 30th, 2026. The promoter cannot accept responsibility for, nor replace, any missing or lost items reported after this cut-off date.
      • General: By participating in this promotion, entrants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Any breach of these terms will result in a forfeiture of the giveaway. The promoter’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
