The brochures and links to our trip and guidelines were user-friendly, informative and answered so many questions that helped us make informed choices and decisions. Lots of great pics and really gave an accurate understanding of what to expect.
We had an amazing group that were easy and comfortable to be with. The trip totally enriched our visit to Ireland by hiking to places we otherwise would have missed and learning about the history, geology and folklore of a very unique landscape, people and country. The views were breathtaking and well worth the climb!
Accommodation & Food
The accommodations were welcoming and comfortable, meals were great. Lots of variety for breakfast or dinner, often a seaside restaurant for lunch and wonderful seafood chowder. Especially nice to have have 2 nights at each hotel - less packing up and more time to explore or visit the local pub and enjoy some music.
We learned so much from Paul throughout our trip - history, geography, flora, bogs, he was truly a fountain of information! But what was even better was his communication, attention to details and inclusivity. He just made sure everyone was comfortable, well looked after and having a good time.
The Bottom Line
We had never done any kind of group tour previously but hopefully this will be the first of many. Having the accommodations, restaurants and driving all looked after made it truly a holiday! Getting to know our small group and sharing those special moments and experiences will be long remembered.
