We believe wilderness is for everyone, and we’re proud to challenge the traditional, male-dominated status quo of the adventure travel industry.

Behind the scenes, half of our directors are female, alongside a strong team of women in leadership and management roles across the business. We support our team with a genuinely inclusive workplace culture, offering practical help such as enhanced maternity leave, menopause awareness and everyday essentials like free period products in the office.

Out in the field, the same ethos applies. We have a growing team of expert female guides, and our itineraries are designed to create an encouraging, welcoming space to get outside. Whether you’re walking or cycling, the focus is on enjoying the outdoors without the pressure.

It’s why we welcome many female travellers, many of whom join our trips solo. If you’re looking to explore Ireland’s wild places in a relaxed, supportive setting with like-minded women, we’d love to have you along.
