Who needs Black Friday when you could have a Blue SkyDay! It would be difficult to deny that 2020 has been full of grey skies and storm clouds, however, it looks like it’s brightening up and sunshine’s blinking through. Instead of Black Friday, this year we wanted to do something to reconfirm our commitment to providing enriching experiences in wild spaces and share something special with you, our guests, the people you care about and of course the landscape we love.

How it works:

• We’ve partnered with ethical and sustainable equipment brand Haglofs to give each traveller that books a holiday with Wilderness Ireland or Wilderness Scotland will receive a free Haglöfs Tight Malung backpack worth €100. Something you can bring with you and then reuse again and again, whether in the wilderness or in your daily life.
• Then you’ll receive a €100-€300* transferrable voucher.  You can choose to book a second trip for your self – we all deserve a longer holiday next year – or you can gift it to friend or family member. The perfect Christmas present for someone special in your life.
• Finally, we’ll also plant a native tree in your name in our Wilderness Grove. A little extra something to help keep our air fresh and our skies clear.

If you choose to use your €100-€300 voucher to book a second trip with us, then we encourage you to choose back to back dates, so that it reduces your travel carbon footprint and so that you feel deeply enriched and replenished. Of course, if you choose to pass your voucher on to a friend, then Xmas might make the ideal time to gift your voucher and it can be redeemed until the 28th Feb 2021.

To get yours, all you need to do is book any trip with us between 00:01 GMT on Tuesday 24th November 2019 and 17:30 GMT on Wednesday 2nd December 2019.
