Louise and Nael were prompt in their replies and answered all the questions we had.
The Trek bikes were very good, the navigation on Garmin was very good to have. Luggage was transported between hotels promptly. When we had requests for maps and other details for our journey, they were delivered promptly.
Accommodation & Food
Accommodations were very nice and most had nice views of the water. Enjoyed the full Irish breakfast at all of the hotels, except for one which had a minimalistic choice of items.
Routes were great, mostly through farmland and it was nice to see the sheep and once in a while stop to talk to home owners along the way. Some hills were steep for a couple of us in the group but we managed. The Garmin allowed us to find our way without any issues.
The Bottom Line
We had a great 6-day, self-guided, ride around the Sligo, Ireland. The bikes were topnotch and routes on Garmin made it easy to find our way around to the next destination. We found Wilderness Ireland to be very well run and attentive to our needs and made our trip very enjoyable.
