Cycling on the Iveragh Peninsula, internationally known as the Ring of Kerry
By choosing biking tours on the Ring of Kerry, you’ll get the best of both worlds: visit the world-renowned region of Kerry and steer away from the beaten track.
Along the Ring of Kerry, discover charming towns and villages such as Killarney, Kenmore and Sneem, quickly becoming known as the gastronomy capital of Ireland. On your bike tours of the Ring of Kerry, you’ll taste both traditional and modern cuisine, from Michelin-starred restaurants, to rustic farm-to-fork family restaurants, to cosy, fire-lit pubs.

My previous two trips with Wilderness were in Scotland. They were fantastic trips but this one was better. There is something very special about the Irish and their country. There was a gentleman named John on one of our ferry boats that came up to us as a group and became an instant friend and source of information. This happens a lot in Ireland. We were able to milk goats and enjoy ice cream from the goats and the family farmer gave us the run of his house to store our backpacks and use his facilities. So many special moments on this trip that you can’t put a price tag on! This was my 14 th trip to Europe in my 68 years for various vacations and this trip stands high and above all of the others!
