Mini Bio

I was born in Armagh and spent most of my childhood in the hills of Donegal.

Growing up, I was fascinated by wildlife and nature. I read countless books and watched many documentaries on TV. In 2015, I decided I wanted to see the wildlife and nature for myself, so I learned to drive a bus and began my journey into Adventure Travel. I’ve been very lucky to drive and guide trips across South America, Africa and Asia.

Between my trips overseas, I began guiding in Ireland; it’s only when I left that I realised what beauty and history I had on my doorstep. I love nothing more than guiding people on walks around Ireland’s wild places and talking about the history, flora and fauna.

Favourite Place to Play

I have a special affinity with Donegal, the Wild Atlantic and it’s rugged mountains make it my favourite place.

I had the utmost pleasure of meeting David Attenborough a number of years ago.
