      I’m a secondary school art teacher on sabbatical, embracing my love for Irish culture and the draw of outdoor exploration. My adventures often find me crisscrossing Ireland’s breathtaking landscapes on foot, where I love sharing its fascinating facts and folklore. Immersing in nature and indulging in local cuisine – that’s my idea of heaven, and I’m excited to share these experiences.

      If I could eat one food for the rest of my life, it would have to be cheese! And I know the best Irish cheeses and where to find them.
