    What to Expect at the Wilderness Office

    What do we typically look for in successful candidates across all roles?

    • A strong and clear commitment to customer service excellence and “extra mile” delivery.
    • Good IT skills with experience of cloud-based CRM systems such as Salesforce, Google Drive and Mac applications
    • Strong administration and organisational skills, with the ability to maintain accuracy even when very busy.
    • Attention to detail, even when faced with multiple tasks and deadlines
    • Good interpersonal skills, awareness and emotional intelligence with an ability to develop and sustain internal and external business relationships.
    • A natural collaborator who enjoys working in teams with a diverse range of individuals
    • A genuine interest, knowledge and passion for adventure in the regions where Wilderness operates.
    • Is committed to sustainability and is an advocate for wild places and our planet
    • Has experience in a similar role, ideally in the travel and tourism sector

    Sales Consultant

    As Adventure Consultant you will play a vital role in our sales team. Working closely with the rest of the team, our Adventure Consultants look after prospective clients, by phone and email. The role involves advising clients on trip options to suit their requirements and ability, as well as taking bookings and payments and looking after all stages of customer interaction.

    Marketing Team

    Marketing Assistant

    As a Marketing Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the marketing efforts of the Wilderness Group, particularly in administrative tasks and ensuring smooth operations within the marketing department.
