    A Taste of Ireland

Long gone are the days of spuds and cabbage. Okay, so the Irish still love a good potato, but there’s much more to tasting Ireland than just spuds. In fact, Ireland has an up-and-coming foodie culture revolutionising what it means to eat in Ireland. Farm-to-fork menus, organic restaurants, fresh seafood, creative blends of traditional and unique dishes, not to mention gastronomy and haute-cuisine, Ireland is peppered with zesty places to eat.

Our video series, Insider’s Ireland, focuses on bringing Ireland’s hidden corners and local recommendations to you. In this first episode, tickle your tastebuds with talk of gourmet fish, artisanal cheeses, and gastronomic dishes, surrounded by the wonderful wilds of Kerry and Killarney National Park.
