Jenny Lundy

Mini Bio

Born and raised in Tubbercurry, Sligo, I’m a proud 4th generation sheep farmer on my family farm. When I’m not in the Wilderness Office, I’m out in the real wild, lambing ewes and working with my team of dogs.

My degree in Equine Science led me to amazing travel experiences, from foaling thoroughbred mares in Japan to training unhandled geldings in NSW, Australia.

But no place is like home, and nothing beats chasing sunsets in my self-converted old T4 camper van.

Favourite Place to Play

It’s hard to beat the rugged Mayo and Sligo coastline. Where the mountains meet the sea, parked with my van crew on the Easkey coastline, is my absolute favourite. 

Not a lot of People Know This

I’ve travelled the world with Irish dancing and once worked with Failte Ireland, filming content promoting Mayo tourism!
