    Mini Bio

With 20 years of Mountain Rescue experience and 30 years working as a Registered Nurse, I have followed my passions in Mountaineering and Cycling whenever the opportunities arise. Having climbed the high Alpine and Icelandic peaks, I still prefer nothing more than hiking in the dramatic Irish landscape of our Island home.

Born and raised in Killarney, I lived in England and Australia before settling in Sligo. A great day is spent out and about on my bike, seeing something new and learning more about our fascinating heritage. I look forward to sharing and showcasing all that Ireland does best with the same enthusiasm as my first trips into the Irish countryside.
