    About the Role

    As Sales Support you will play a key role in the smooth running of our trips by ensuring all the client information we have is correct and bookings are effectively processed. You will also assist clients with their post-sales questions, take payments and prepare clients’ pre-trip information documents. This is an entry level position, so ideal for someone who is starting out in their career or looking for a new challenge.

    • Type: Full-time, permanent
    • Office Time: 95%; Work-Related Travel: 5%
    • Salary: €24,750 – €26,000 per annum dependent on experience

    We Are Looking For Someone Who

    • Has some experience in customer service/sales/admin; extra bonus if this experience is in the travel/tourism industry.
    • Has excellent spoken and written communication skills.
    • Is competent in the use of IT systems.
    • Has some knowledge of the regions of Ireland in which Wilderness Ireland runs trips.
    • Having some experience in some of or all of the activities offered is a bonus but not essential.
    • Has the ability to prioritise tasks and maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
    • Demonstrates a clear commitment to outstanding customer care and going the extra mile.

    Your Responsibilities Will Include

    • Maintaining up-to-date and accurate information on our CRM system and following up with clients as required to ensure the smooth running of our trips.
    • Compilation of client travel documentation to ensure our clients have a seamless travel experience.
    • Assisting clients with pre and post-trip questions via email, LiveChat and over the phone.
    • Supporting our sales teams with processing new bookings, taking payments and other administrative tasks.
